Raising a Incident Ticket for ICT and Admin & Facilities
Report an Ticket
1. Click on the Report an Issue button to access the ticket submission form.
2. Select incident from the drop down list ICT Servicedesk Or Admin & Facilities Support
3.Enter the details in Submit a ticket form.
4. Attach supporting files if necessary
5. Submit a ticket
Ticket Acknowledgement
Once a customer sends a service query, a complaint, or a request to your company’s support, they will automatically receive an email acknowledging that their request has been received.
There will also be a link to your support portal where the customer can check the status of the Ticket & add comments.
Tracking your Tickets
When you click on the Tickets tab, you get a list of your tickets. By default, this list shows your
open and pending tickets, but you can change the filter to show just the resolved and closed
tickets or all of your tickets.
