How to Book Meetings in Outlook
1.To book a New Meeting, from the Home Tab in Outlook, under New Item select Meeting.
2.Select the To field to add participants .Select the Subject and Location field for additional details.
3.Select the calendar beside the date to change the Start date. Repeat this step in the end date field to change the end date .
4.Select the drop down menu next to the time to change the Start time. Repeat this step in the End time field to change the end time.
5.You can also select Scheduling Assistant to check the availability of the participants to select a suitable time.
6.Select Teams Meeting to have an online meeting. Add your notes or an agenda.
7.To make a reoccurring meeting, select Recurrence.
8.Select the Time and Days you want the meeting to occur and when you would like it to end.

9.Once complete, select Ok then select Send to deliver your meeting invitation.
