How to Cancel Meetings in Outlook
1. Go to your Outlook Calendar
2.Right-click on the meeting series that you would like to cancel.
3.Select Delete Occurrence to delete only the meeting you have selected. Select Delete Series to delete that meeting and all future meetings booked with that title and in that time slot.
4. A cancellation email will be displayed. Click Send Update to send the cancellation to all meeting participants. In the subject line, you may add details as to why the meeting was cancelled. E.g. Test Cancelled due to conflicts.
Your Meetings will be cancelled .
