How to use Scheduling Assistant for meetings in Outlook
Scheduling Assistant can help us in reducing all the complexities involved in booking meetings.
In Outlook App, click the calendar icon on the left navigation.
2. Click on New Meetings on the Top Ribbon

3. A new untitled meeting window will appear.
4.Enter the attendees in the To field, enter the subject and the start and end times.
5. To find availability for people, select the Scheduling Assistant button on the ribbon.
6.Go to Options on the bottom left corner then select AutoPick and choose the appropriate criteria and also choose the start and end time.
7.Try to find the appropriate time slot for a meeting by checking the availability of all the attendees by checking the Suggested Time option displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
8.When you're done setting up your meeting, select Send.
